WhatsApp has officially rolled out the Always Mute” feature that will allow users to mute chats permanently.
The feature replaces the earlier option of muting a chat for one year. The feature will help users to permanently mute unwanted chats.
The feature was earlier enabled for the beta version and now has been rolled out for all the users.
To mute a chat forever, tap on the chat and then on the name of the group. Select the mute option and you will see three options: 8 hours, 1 week and forever.
