Bhavik Rathod ventures out with Edtech platform Kyt

BENGALURU: Former Uber India top executive Bhavik Rathod has started a global educational technology platform focused on extracurricular activities for children between the ages of 5 and 15.

Kyt, with live private and small group sessions, aims to offer an alternative to traditional offline neighbourhood schools, which are often the only recourse for kids interested in dance, music, chess, singing, yoga etc. Kyt, which Rathod founded along with wife Tripti Ahuja, has a team of professional educators and curriculum designers that work very closely with celebrity curriculum partners to create the course.

“We’ll be adding more courses such as chess by GM Vidit Gujrathi, musical instruments like guitar and keyboard, public speaking and creative writing very soon,” Rathod told ET.
