NEW DELHI: Logistics aggregator Shiprocket said it will hire 60 new candidates to expand its team of 310 people over the next six months. The new hires will be in engineering, product, logistics operations and account management departments.
The company hired 25 employees in the April-June quarter.
Saahil Goel, co-founder of Shiprocket said, “While the pandemic has disrupted most sectors, we are delighted to announce that Shiprocket is offering job opportunities to professionals even during these challenging times. For these crucial roles across key teams such as product, engineering, and KAM, we will be appointing candidates with holistic skill-sets combining soft and technical skills.”
The company also intends to increase customer service teams at partners by three times this quarter in preparation for the festive season.
Started in 2017, Shiprocket works with MSMEs in the e-commerce sector, providing shipments to 220 countries. The brand currently has over 1.5 lakh sellers on board and works with 15 courier partners.
